What ‘s included with each camper rental?
Each camper comes fully equipped with everything that a small family (of 4) may need for their camping experience. This includes; plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans, an assortment of basic cooking utensils, linens for each of the beds, set of 4 bath towels, outdoor rug, lounge chairs, ice maker, and coffee maker.
Is there a minimum rental requirement?
To ensure all guests have a fulfilling experience, we require a minimum two-night rental for all bookings. This policy helps maintain the quality of our services and allows you to fully immerse yourself in the beauty of our surroundings.
What are your pick up and drop off times?
We understand that every family’s schedule is unique, and we strive to accommodate your individual needs to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. While we work hard to be flexible with drop-off and pick-up times, our standard drop-off time is at 3 pm, and pick-up is kindly requested by 10 am. These times help us maintain our high standards of cleanliness and preparation for all our guests. If you require alternative arrangements, please don’t hesitate to discuss with us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferences.
What are your delivery fees?
Safety and convenience are our top priorities, especially for customers new to camping and our units. To ensure a worry-free experience, we require delivery and setup of our units. Our base delivery and setup fee is $100, which covers the first 20 miles. Beyond this distance, there is an additional charge of $4 per mile, one-way.
Do you allow pets?
We’re delighted to offer a pet-friendly environment for our guests to enjoy their camping experience to the fullest. Please note that we do have a pet fee of $100 to ensure the cleanliness and comfort of all our visitors. Additionally, we allow a maximum of two pets per camper to maintain a peaceful and safe atmosphere. Your furry companions are more than welcome to join you on your adventure
What would cause me to lose my security deposit?
We take great care to ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all our guests. As outlined in our Adventure Guide and Rental Agreement, certain policies are in place to maintain the integrity of our facilities and ensure everyone’s enjoyment.
Failure to adhere to these policies, including but not limited to improper use of the septic system, smoking or drug usage, improper usage of the awning, and any damages beyond normal wear and tear, may result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.
